Wolverhampton Wanderers made it two draws from two to start the 2019-20 Premier League season as they held Manchester United to a 1-1 draw at Molineux on Monday night.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may see it as two points dropped after Anthony Martial had given the Red Devils a lead just before the half hour mark. The French forward tapped in at the near post following a low cross from Marcus Rashford.
Manchester United failed to capitalise on their lead and were eventually undone 10 minutes into the second half when Ruben Neves curled an unstoppable effort into David de Gea’s top corner after his defence had failed to clear a corner.
Wolves had started the season with a 0-0 draw at Leicester City and will have easier games than the two sides they’ve faced to start the season. United may be disappointed not to be on maximum points after thrashing Chelsea 4-0 at Old Trafford last weekend.
